CONTEST: WHO'S THE BIGGEST DRAMA QUEEN???

I think I should start a contest for all the women out there who has the whoa-is-me's. Out of all of the recent stories that I have heard in the last month I think the grand prise goes to this woman that works in the other office. If I could choak people through a phone, I would be in jail right now for murder.. OH MY GOSH!!!
Well this is what's going on. I have recently been given the wonderful task of supervising closeouts. So in order to understand what's going on I asked the other office to send me some information. Yesterday I got the info and needed some clarification so I called. We ended up getting into a BIG arguement where I told her that they are not following standards and they need to. I hurt her feelings....boo hoo. She put me on hold and the guy who is in charge over there got on the phone. I told him how she told me that I didn't need the info because we're not in construction when in fact we are. When I told her that she said, well I said I would fax it and I already sent it to the project manager. I responded by, did you give it to the closeout person. She said why, it's not in construction... Do you see the "WHO'S ON FIRST" skit. Well she ended up telling another manager in that office who then called here to one of the owners saying how she's been going through a rough time, and then SP calls and talks to her degradingly.(Yeah right). Then she adds that one of our consultants said he had a "run-in" with me. WHAT'S THAT??? So when the owner told me, I was like WHAT??? I ended up calling the consultant, apologized for anything that I may have done and he said I did nothing that what he meant by "run-in" is he had spoken with me. I told him thank-you and hung up. By then the owner had left and I wrote him out a note what I had done. In the morning(this morning) he called me into his office and the other owner was there. I had to explain to him what happened and he said that he was happy to see that I called the consultant to clear the air. All that the project manager from the other office heard was the emotional side, not the facts. And then tried to throw in some garbage. The owner and the manager in the other office had a take and the manager said that he believes too many people got involved. I think they're going to fire the lady I had it out with. She's had priors and all that this does is gives them something solid to work with.
Don't go and lie on me, because I will stand up for myself and make you look like a fool.
AND THE WINNER IS........... She hurt my feelings.
