Gave my notice

Well, I gave my notice this morning at 8:15am. My boss and I sat in his office for 3 hours and discussed why I was leaving. He asked me if I would sit down with another one of the employees who I am having a problem with, and I said yes. I wonder if he thought I would say no. I'm also at a standstill and I think that I will be able to grow better at this other company. At the company I am at now, we do schools. At the company I will be going to does a variety of things. For example, they're currently working on a theater that is being built in Apple Valley. I want to make sure that I leave in a positive way, "just in case".
And I got my ring. It's on my finger right now!!! I'm VERY happy!!!
